I have to rate this app highly because I just happened to meet someone amazing. We liked the same kind of music and met as friends to go to a concert. But now 2 years later we're engaged and having a baby in the fall. We wouldn't have met otherwise.

Easily the best app there is for this kind of thing. Bots don't really exist here and the people actually have a personality and are very active. It's also the only app worth paying for, if you're on the alt scene I highly recommend this.

I found an AMAZING girlfriend with this app, and we have basically everything in common, birthday included. It's the only dating app that actually ever worked for me.

Love the concept!Decided to use this back in Jan 2023.Made a lot of new friends from this app it’s crazy, but most importantly I met my boyfriend who I have now been with for over a year. I found exactly who I was looking for using this app. The questions and the fact that you can put what concerts/festivals you plan to attend help show you a persons personality, perfect for alternative people. Maybe my opinion is bias as a female, I imagine dating apps are very easy for us to navigate. I’m forever grateful for this app. ❤️🔥🤘🏻

I think this was a great idea. music is a huge part of my life and having a platform revolve around it, its great knowing that I have a common interest with other people before I even get started. it makes it alot easier to open conversations and get to know each other. Great app

Your questions.
What is Turn Up?
Turn Up is a music dating app. It shows you people nearby who love the same artists, songs and music styles as you — for a date, new friends or someone to go out with.
How does music matching work?
Add your favorite artists, songs and music styles, or connect Spotify or Deezer. Turn Up then suggests the profiles that share your taste the most and shows your artists in common first.
Is Turn Up free?
Yes. You can sign up, match and chat for free. A premium subscription exists to go faster, but it is never required.
Can I use it to make friends?
Yes: use “dates” mode to meet someone special, or “friends” mode to find people to go to concerts, festivals and parties with. You can also add the concerts and festivals you are going to and see who else will be there.
What are blind tests?
Every profile can have its own music blind test. Take someone’s test to show off your music knowledge and break the ice, or create your own.
Which phones does Turn Up work on?
Turn Up is free to download on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
