Turn Up · account and data deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete your Turn Up account and all the data associated with it. Just send us an email: one click on the button below opens a pre-filled message.

How it works

1. Send the email from the button above (or write to contact@turn-up.app).
2. Tell us the email address or phone number you use to sign in to Turn Up, and the first name on your profile, so we can find your account.
3. We delete your account and confirm it by email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (first name, photos, bio, preferences).
• Your music data (connected Spotify / Deezer / Apple Music artists and tracks).
• Your matches, likes and conversations.

Some data may be kept for a limited time when the law requires it (for example to handle a dispute or a report), then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
